Huston Piner grew up on the US Mid-Atlantic coast. His first book, My Life as a Myth, was a 2013 Rainbow Awards finalist and was nominated for the 2014 Stonewall Book Award for Children's and Young Adult Literature. Newly published Conjoined at the Soul is packed with the same realistic, humorous writing, offering insights into the lives of gay teens as they struggle with their orientation in an often unwelcoming society. Huston's third book, a New Adult thriller Light in Endless Darkness presents an erotic, and chilling, look at romance with a vampire.
Huston lives in the mythical town of Chadham, Virginia, with his partner and three domineering cats.
(And yes, he LOVES Walt Whitman!)
